All CreateMyCreateMySocialAI plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
If you are charged for the first time and are not satisfied with CreateMySocialAI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that first charge. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
The 7-day guarantee applies to your first subscription charge only, not to renewals.
After the initial 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
