These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CreateMySocialAI platform ("Service") operated by SocialAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated use without our permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you will be charged at the selected plan rate unless you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes where applicable.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through CreateMySocialAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish to social media platforms through CreateMySocialAI. You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish that content.
The Service uses AI to generate social media content based on your business profile. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific use case.
Your use of connected social media accounts must comply with the respective platform's terms of service (Meta, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.). CreateMySocialAI is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts, including suspension or removal, for any reason.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateMySocialAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreateMySocialAI from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
